Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and amoicuci ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://amoicuci.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the amoicuci platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future dedicated application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you are required to immediately cease all use of the amoicuci platform and close any account you may have registered.

amoicuci operates under an international online gaming licence. Malaysian users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. amoicuci makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an account on the amoicuci Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this Platform in any capacity.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You do not hold more than one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of amoicuci or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for problem gambling, unless you have been formally cleared by a qualified professional.

When registering an account on the amoicuci Platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. amoicuci shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. amoicuci reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated transactions and bonuses, and withhold any funds pending compliance review.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Your registered name, date of birth, and payment details must match the identity documents and payment instruments you use on the Platform. Mismatches identified during KYC verification may delay or prevent withdrawal processing until resolved to our satisfaction.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws, amoicuci grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You will not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms, game logic, or payout systems.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other mechanical or electronic means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform's odds or bonus structures.
• You will conduct yourself respectfully in any community feature, live chat support interaction, or customer service channel.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

amoicuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT TRC-20). Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice at the Company's discretion.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• amoicuci does not accept deposits from credit facilities used for gambling purposes where this may be restricted under applicable regulations.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our control.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment instrument matching your verified account name and identity documents.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal above the minimum threshold is processed.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is RM50,000 per day for standard verified accounts, subject to review for higher-volume requests.
• amoicuci targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for DuitNow and FPX on verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on banking institution cut-off times and third-party processor status.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.

amoicuci offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of this Agreement.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• amoicuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already validly claimed.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds are depleted, unless the Platform's current settings specify otherwise.
• amoicuci reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion where fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour is identified.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is explicitly labelled as a "no wagering" offer, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus (up to RM2,880 across available tiers) is available to new Players on their first deposit only. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements applicable to each tier are displayed during the registration and deposit flow. Claiming a welcome bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms then in effect.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the amoicuci Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately on the relevant product pages and form part of this Agreement.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player after placement except where explicitly permitted by a specific product's rules.
• amoicuci reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a system error, data feed error, or palpable pricing mistake has occurred. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Live betting markets (in-play) are subject to suspension and settlement delays as dictated by event circumstances and data provider feeds. amoicuci does not guarantee real-time accuracy of live odds.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other covered sports markets, settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the end of regulation play, unless individual market rules specify otherwise (e.g., extra time, penalty shootout inclusion).
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Results are final and binding as recorded by our system logs.
• In the event of a dispute between a Player's recollection of a game outcome and amoicuci's system records, our server-side logs shall be the definitive authority.

amoicuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. We take our duty of care seriously and make the following protective tools available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set alerts and maximum session durations to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling section of their account. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of five years.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications can be configured to remind Players of the time and funds spent during active sessions.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the amoicuci Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Players who discover such issues are obligated to report them to our support team immediately.
• Employing any form of software, algorithm, or systematic strategy designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonus offers ("bonus abuse").
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code or proprietary software.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals for deposits that have been used for gambling activity.

All content on the amoicuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform — is the exclusive property of amoicuci or its licensed content and software providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the Platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior express written consent of amoicuci.

The amoicuci name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary to the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amoicuci, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, amoicuci specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether or not arising from a system error, data feed inaccuracy, or other technical fault.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from Platform use or unavailability.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

amoicuci reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures and notice obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of all applicable wagering commitments. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

This Agreement and all matters arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amoicuci holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including questions about its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to which both parties irrevocably submit.

Nothing in this clause shall limit amoicuci's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information, or to enforce account suspension or closure decisions.

amoicuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the amoicuci Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it when you receive any notification of changes.
